Use of the "CANTIENICA®" brand
of the CANTIENICA® logo and
of the claim “Body in Evolution”
1. Trademark protection
CANTIENICA® Body in Evolution enjoys full trademark protection for all services and products offered under the "CANTIENICA®" brand.
"CANTIENICA®" is a registered trademark that claims protection in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia (International Registration No. 690111; Swiss Trademark Registration No. P-449400).
"CANTIENICA®" is protected as both a word mark and a logo (word-image mark), as follows:

Die Berechtigung, das neue Logo "CANTIENICA® Körper in Evolution" mit der entsprechenden Stufe zu verwenden, haben exklusive alle Lizenznehmer/innen. Die Nutzung ist im Vertrag geregelt.
2. Zulässiger Gebrauch der Marke
Die CANTIENICA®-Methode kennt vier Ausbildungsstufen (1 Bronze, 2 Silber, 3 Gold und 4 Platin). Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss jeder Ausbildungsstufe erhalten die Teilnehmer/innen ein Diplom. Lizenzierte Inhaber/innen solcher Diplome sind berechtigt, zu Informationszwecken das CANTIENICA®-Logo zusammen mit der Angabe ihrer Ausbildungsstufe zu verwenden. Die im Zusammenhang mit der Ausbildungsstufe gemachten Aussagen müssen immer korrekt sein. Fehlerhafte Informationen sind unlauter und somit widerrechtlich. Die Berechtigung, das Logo zu verwenden, umfasst Informationen über die eigene Tätigkeit bzw. über die Angebote. Darüber hinaus darf das CANTIENICA®-Logo nicht verwendet werden.
3. Lizenz-Mitgliedschaft
Bei Abschluss des Lizenzvertrags erhalten die Instruktor/innen und Ausbildner/innen ein Gebrauchsrecht an der Wortmarke CANTIENICA®. Sie erhalten das Recht, die Wortmarke zusammen mit der Angabe ihrer Ausbildungsstufe zu verwenden.
Nachstehende Tabelle zeigt alle gültigen Logo-Varianten, wie sie von den Lizenz-Mitgliedern verwendet werden dürfen. Änderungen und Zusätze sind nicht erlaubt. Es gibt die Logos in je drei Varianten farbig, schwarz-weiss, negativ (weiss).
CANTIENICA® in Yoga bildet eine Ausnahme, es handelt sich bei CANTIENICA® in Yoga lediglich um eine Zusatzausbildung zu Yoga.

All LN with a studio contract are allowed to use the CANTIENICA® Body in Evolution logo without stage designation.
If a high-resolution, printable logo is required, CANTIENICA AG will gladly send the corresponding files to its members upon request.
When the brand name "CANTIENICA® Body in Evolution" is used in the text, the name must always be used consistently and in accordance with the following guidelines:

– CANTIENICA® (® superscript)
– space
– no hyphen
If the instructor does not refer to your training level, but instead makes a general written statement about the CANTIENICA® method, she will use the following wording:
– CANTIENICA® Method or CANTIENICA® Body in Evolution
CANTIENICA® should preferably not be used in isolation. It should be used in combination with a specific term; therefore, always CANTIENICA® studio, CANTIENICA® method, CANTIENICA® training, CANTIENICA® exercises.
4. Copyrights to images and illustrations
It is prohibited to copy or use illustrations or texts from Benita Cantieni's books online. The contents of the books are protected by copyright. A publisher, together with CANTIENICA AG, holds the rights to the images and illustrations. Any reproduction is prohibited and may be prosecuted by the publisher or CANTIENICA AG, which could result in substantial costs.
It is permissible to show photos and illustrations from the manuals during courses and to use them for teaching purposes. If the descriptions are presented using projection or an enlarged illustration, the copyright notice must always be included.
If a copyright notice has already been included with illustrations in our manuals, the same notice must also be included in any further use. Watermarked illustrations and images are available in the member packages.
